You can register in the parish by filling out this form:
When you finish:
- Save the form to your device and email it to St Gerard’s Office.
- You may also take a picture of it and email it as well.
- You can also print it and bring it personally to the office.
You may also:
- Come in person to the parish and fill a paper registration.
- Come to the office and have a staff member to fill the registration electronically.
- You may call the office and give all the needed information.
Don’t forget to:
- Ask to get offertory envelopes.
- Get information about all the different ministries in church and join one or more.
